1. What we collect

• Account details you give when you register: name, email address and password (stored encrypted).
• Listing details a business submits: business name, logo, photos, description, phone, email, website, address, map location and its Commercial Registration (CR) number.
• Messages sent through the Support and enquiry forms: name, email, phone and message.
• Order details for memberships: name, email, billing details and the order record. Card details are entered on PayPal’s secure form and are not stored on this website.

2. How we use it

• To publish and manage business listings.
• To review listings and verify Commercial Registrations on Sijilat.
• To process membership payments and send receipts.
• To reply to support requests and pass enquiries to the business being contacted.
• To send service messages, such as a reminder that a listing or CR is about to expire.

3. What is public

The business name, logo, photos, description, business type, area, phone, email, website and map location in a listing are shown publicly so customers can contact the business. CR details and account details are never shown publicly.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the services needed to run the website — our hosting provider and PayPal for payments — and with a listed business when you send it an enquiry.

5. Keeping your data

Listing and account data is kept while the listing or account is active. You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or remove your listing, at any time through the Support form.

6. Security

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, a security firewall, regular malware scanning and two-step login for administrators.
